Penzance Point House

This unique home out on Penzance Point in Woods Hole was updated to reflect the client’s casual summer lifestyle.  The original structure had some challenges to overcome due to the location. Due to current federal flood zone requirements, we needed to raise and move the building nearly 30 feet.  This home boasts a semi-open floor plan to allow for an airy interior with views of Woods Hole Harbor on one side and Buzzards Bay on the other.   The original structure survived the great hurricane of 1938.
