The Bluff House

This transitional waterfront home on Cape Cod was designed and built for our clients to accommodate and entertain their extended family during the summer months. The house is strategically situated on a sweeping lawn overlooking Cotuit Bay, to maximize views inside and out. The architectural details and craftsmanship are on display with unique features such as the grand porte cochere (front entry) constructed with floor to ceiling tempered / insulated glass. Other notable interior features include designer kitchen with contrasting coffered ceilings, great room with sleek granite fireplace, and a separate dining area with french doors leading out to a stone patio featuring an inground pool with infinity edge , custom outdoor kitchen, and sunken firepit area / lounge.
