Dennis Historic Farm

Originally built in 1817, a two-level lofted structure was constructed in order to renovate this historical Cape Cod farmhouse, offering a large expansion to blend new and old into a cohesive and traditional style. Retaining as many older features as possible was essential to the project’s successful execution, including refinishing the house’s original floors and exposing the rough-hewn floor joists underneath its plaster ceilings.
